Y2Downloots is a technology platform that provides a tool for users to download videos from various third-party platforms for personal, non-commercial, and fair use purposes. We do not host, store, or archive any video content on our servers. All content is served directly from the source platform's Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content accessible on or from our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including blocking the specified URL from being processed by our tool and notifying the user.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the information required by the DMCA.

Repeat Infringer Policy

While we do not maintain user accounts, we reserve the right to block access from any IP addresses or ranges that submit infringing content repeatedly. We are committed to operating a lawful and compliant service.
